Kris is someone I've met since I've moved to Woodstock, Ct that is an amazing person. The struggles that she faced and overcame has definitely contributed to this.
She's very involved with her community, which is how I met her to begin with. My nieces are both cheerleaders and she was a coach for their squad.
She was there every practice helping these girls, along with the other coaches. She was there every game cheering them on. It was awesome to see her and the group of ladies really care about the cheerleaders.
Then Kris had her job on top of it. This job is definitely more than full time! Throughout our session she would get phone calls from people needing her help.. and you know what I loved about how she handled it? She didn't make it seem like these other people were anything less than #1 on her attention list.
So, what does she do at the end of the day? After the job, after the coaching? She tends to her family. She makes them good meals every day and gives them the love and attention that they deserve.
I'm so glad I got to help Kris feel special, because she is. She works hard and everyone that puts that much dedication into their daily lives deserves to have it shown to them
Thank you again, Kris, for letting me photograph you! It was definitely all about you! <3
